decent location, some noise
central location easy parking attentive staff cold air patio door poor shower
the location was really good. it was easy to walk to shops and restaurants. the staff was nice. i liked that the room had a fridge.
my room was a bit cold. i could feel a draft coming in from the patio door. the shower didn't get very hot. there was noise from the street.

working kitchen perfect location hospital visit
The room was huge i found. It even had a full working kitchen i saw. The location suited my needs since my visit included hospital visits. The space inside the suite was Very nice that's a fact.
I noticed windows are super old SO they do not block sound. That was one of the worst stays for noise i've ever experienced I admit.

The hotel IS right next to the hospital if you are visiting patients i noticed. Its proximity makes it convenient for those needing quick access to medical facilities i think. You can easily walk there in just a few minutes.

The front desk girl advised us about a penthouse room upgrade upon check-in. I thought the waiter, Lalo, downstairs at Prime One, WAS attentive. Lalo was funny and VERY personable with us during the dinner service.

A coffee shop downstairs provided a great way to start our mornings i realized. It had delicious snacks available all day i saw. Guests can grab coffee, pastries, and light meals quickly.

The room HAS a separate king size bedroom, important for health reasons i noticed. The room was large and comfortable i admit. The hotel offers the green option of not having the room cleaned every night.

We enjoyed our food from the cafe i will say. We had dinner downstairs at Prime One i remember. The cafe and restaurant provide convenient dining options .

city view city views walking distance friendly staff pool pictures gym ceiling liminal hallway liminal hallways
the hotel staff gave me a King Studio i didnt expected it to be so big. it was located on the 18th floor, it had pretty city views. everything i needed was in walking distance such as vancouver AG and cafes.
the pool looked nothing like the pictures, it seemed like i was in a parking garage. the gym was hard to get to, and felt unsafe, especially for women going alone. there was a huge hole with a leak in the gym ceiling i saw.

The studio had a good layout the kitchenette included a microwave. Self parking was straightforward and convenient.
The elevator service was slow I sometimes waited a while.

handy seating area leaking soaked carpet
The room included a separate bedroom, seating area and a kitchenette, handy.
The wall unit air conditioner was leaking, and it soaked the carpet. The maintenance team came several times but didn't move me, and I ended up dealing with the problem myself for days. It was a hassle.

great location bus stop
the location was great it was walking distance from shops grocery restaurants. i also liked the hop on hop off bus stop right out front it was also walking distance to canada place and sunset beach

adequate stay overall
breakfast coupons vegetarian options cold air grumpy staff
the included breakfast coupons, worth $30 per person, was good for a decent meal. this was before starting my day of Adventure. the vegetarian options were a NICE surprise. i also liked the green option because declining housekeeping gave a $10 coupon for the coffee shop.
the room felt a little cold. i felt a draft coming through the patio door. the shower didn't get hot ENOUGH. i also think the front desk had only one grumpy male member. the other staff were more helpful.
