clean room comfortable bed central location
The room was simple and clean (I appreciate that). The bed was comfortable and the AC and heating system worked effectively and quietly. The location is central, with access to many places.

The location was perfect. It was close to main interest points, restaurants, and parking.
The smell was the worst part! The strong smell of gross air freshener was enough to give me a headache.

convenient downtown stay
excellent location updated room great view
i found the location excellent for accessing transit i also walked to the water and downtown the hotel connects to two pubs and a liquor store the updated room was nice i enjoyed the view it had
the bartender service was slow it seemed only one person worked behind the three bars i waited twice at different outlets and eventually went home

Check-in was simple. My room had a nice city view extending to the ocean. The bed was comfortable, and the linens felt clean. Housekeeping was helpful .
The parking situation was somewhat problematic. The lot across the street did not have adequate security measures.

The front desk staff was available and friendly. They addressed my queries quickly and professionally. The hotel offered luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. This was very useful.

My renovated room included a microwave, a mini-fridge, and a coffee machine. The room size was ample, even with the included sofa. There were sufficient towels and toiletries provided. The shower had good water pressure.

a loving getaway
friendly staff easy exploration
the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay i especially appreciated their quick responses to any questions i had the location was a big win just a short walk to many main attractions. this made exploring so easy and carefree.
the loud nightclub nearby was difficult for sleeping i did not like that i was stuck in the smallest room facing it the last night before my flight home was not very good because of this noise.

i found that the hotel features its own excellent restaurant and bar offering tasty meals and drinks throughout the day the convenient access made it easy to grab a bite without leaving the premises this added considerable value.

my king suite offered fine city views creating a special ambiance the room itself was spacious and well appointed with modern amenities like a walk in shower the bedding was comfortable and very clean.

the hotel has a excellent location i found it within easy walking distance of the harbour chinatown and excellent buildings downtown it made sightseeing easy and accessible throughout my entire visit.

My room overlooked the street. A small independent theatre showed The Shining nearby. I walked half a block to the parking lot. I found parking was not secured, but I had no issues.
The front desk staff seemed robotic.
