central location amazing view convenient lounge
The hotel's central location made exploring easy. I could quickly walk to many restaurants. The on-site restaurant on the 18th floor had amazing views. The hotel also had a lounge for drinks.
The elevator sounds were slightly noticeable from my room.

superb location hot food relaxing pool go-to spot
This hotel offered a superb location near everything. room service arrived fast and the food was still piping hot. i found the pool to be a real highlight. It was so relaxing. the hotel will definitely be my go-to spot from now on.
during my stay, there was a slight delay in getting an elevator at peak times.

excellent location free shuttle midnight call front desk
The location is excellent and close to the harbour, parliament, and downtown area. I appreciated the free shuttle (it was very convenient!).
I got a call at midnight that woke me up out of a deep sleep. I mentioned it upon checking out and was assured that the front desk would not put a call through at that time (I was disappointed to not hear back from the hotel about it).
