The location was definitely a plus. I was also able to walk to the harbor area pretty quickly. I found the room quite dated. The kitchenette and appliances really needed modernizing. The staff also did not feel very cute.

The hotel is very close to the legislative building. it also sits near many restaurants and grocery stores. That was a big help for quick meals. the room included a kitchenette, which i found useful for preparing snacks. staff stored my bags until my afternoon ferry.
i found that the decaf coffee was a bit weak.

The parking fee was a bit unexpected. I wish it had been included in the room rate.
