a fair stay overall!
helpful staff convenient location airport proximity old furniture musty atmosphere room service
the staff was great. they were willing to help with any needs i had ! the location is convenient. it is close to the airport and not too far from the city center.
the furniture seemed quite old. some couches had tears and the overall atmosphere felt musty! the room needed servicing. i asked at reception, but only received a sack with towels.

friendly staff convenient parking
the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was clean. i found the parking lot to be conveniently located and spacious. this made it easy to come and go as needed.
i found the lack of conditioner in the room to be an inconvenience. this meant an extra trip to purchase some. otherwise, the stay was acceptable.

the room had two beds and was kind of squishy. a comfortable bed was included. the room was close to the airport and the general hospitalwith convenience for my purposes.

check in was efficient. the staff assisted me with directions. the location near the airport helped me a lot. the complimentary breakfast bag included fruit and juice.
i saw the elevator had some scratches.

GREAT stay near the airport!

The staff IS super helpful. Check-in was quick and simple. Parking was free and easy. It was SO convenient to have breakfast available to take with me, I appreciated the bagged breakfast provided at the front desk. I found a designated smoking area, it was useful.
The jacuzzi jets barely worked.

The hotel provides easy parking, free , REALLY a great perk. A swimming pool is available . It provides a refreshing way to unwind. They DO have ice machines available on each floor.

The front desk offers a breakfast to-go. Staff were helpful with directions and information about local places. Taxi services were arranged promptly, this saved SO much time.

The room included coffee and tea making facilities, so convenient. A hairdryer and toiletries were supplied in the bathroom. The queen bed WAS very comfortable. I got a GOOD night's sleep each night.

the hotel provided a grab and go snack bag, it contained juice, fruit, water, a muffin, and a snack bar. the pool and jacuzzi were available with convenient hours. the location offered easy access to shopping areas, a definite plus.
the tv reception in the room could use some improvements, the updates are necessary.
