“Grand Park Hotel & Suites Downtown Vancouver earns points for its location near Yaletown Roundhouse Skytrain, making city navigation a breeze. I like the rooftop lounge-a rare find that cleverly doubles as a communal kitchen, a unique touch for downtown Vancouver. The competitive parking and pet-friendly stance are smart considerations, given its location in the Granville Entertainment District.”

Surprised by Comfort
strong pressure updated spaces
I really enjoyed the water pressure. It was consistently strong. The room included clean, updated spaces. I was pleased.
I did noticed the air conditioning was too loud. It sounded old. Parking added an extra cost of $45. It also required a $200 deposit. I'm not sure when the money return.

comfortable bed kitchen area rooftop terrace pool attention
The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen area also allowed me to make breakfast. I was very grateful for these facilities.
The rooftop terrace and pool needed attention. I found they were run down. I wish those amenities had been better maintained .

Perfect Hotel for Exploring the City
spacious room friendly staff
My room was spacious and featured a good shower (it was a plus after long walks). The rooftop offered a great view. I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. They assisted me with every query I had.
The hotel is beginning to show its age for the price I paid. They only serviced rooms every three days, acceptable for towels, but they should replenish consumables more frequently. I had to ask for more coffee.
Rooms
9/10
The room included a kettle and coffee making facilities. A full kitchen and lounge are on the top floor in addition to a coin laundry. The hotel provided a fridge and microwave, very useful.
Location
10/10
The location was close to transport, facilitating easy travel around. The hotel location offers easy access to Yaletown. Canada Place is a short walk and provides a free shuttle to Grouse Mountain.
Dining
8/10
A restaurant is attached to the hotel (I liked it). There are also many restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. You have access to several dining options.
