My king room was spacious. The hotel is conveniently located about six minutes from the main station. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast had some REALLY good options.

I found the bathroom's bright lighting a bit intense.

The location is EXCELLENT. It is a few minutes walk from Chapel Bridge and the train station. My room was clean. The bed was firm.

I could hear chairs being dragged on the floors behind and above me. It was a little disturbing.

I found the location convenient. it was just a short walk to the train station and the chapel bridge. the hotel staff were helpful and always available. They provided directions and dining recommendations. the breakfast was fantastic, i ate a lot!

The hotel needed a heads-up regarding amenities available upon request. I wanted coffee in my room.

the location was great (easy access to everything). the staff was helpful. the room was very comfy and tidy.

i had an issue with the shower. there was no consistent hot water for the first two days. the water pressure was also very weak. i think regular maintenance checks would prevent this.

amazing stay. totally worth it!

quiet room attentive staff

My room was super clean. it was so quiet, and very comfortable, i slept like a baby! the staff were great. the hotel is also close to the main city. it has great train and bus connections to areas around the city.

the ultra-modern decor is sparse and cold. i wish the hotel would invest in more cozy elements! it could be difficult to manage the steps to the front desk with luggage. i wish there was an easier access.

adequate stay, some disappointments

long wait times missing amenities

the room was adequately furnished.

the experience wasn't great. the front desk seemed understaffed (it was understaffed) and the wait times were far too long, especially during peak hours. the room i reserved, a standard double room, felt smaller than advertised and lacked expected amenities.
