the hotel staff was helpful i appreciated their assistance with directions and recommendations. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of items including fresh fruit pastries and local cheeses. the rooftop terrace has nice views of the surrounding area

helpful staff amazing view awful cleaning noisy park

the staff were kind and helpful. they provided tourist guidance, and served tea while i waited (a nice touch!). the rooftop terrace has an amazing view. the location is near many places.

the air conditioner seemed to be set to heat only. i was unable to adjust it (it was a little stuffy). the cleaning service was awful and i noticed a lingering smell in the toilet. the public car park next to the hotel was noisy.

Acceptable, but with Some Disappointments

The location was indeed convenient for seeing the main attractions.

The air conditioning in my room did not work properly. It seemed stuck on heat. I asked for a room on a higher floor but my request was ignored. there was a new public car park next to the hotel that caused a lot of noise at night. It really impacted my stay.

Excellent Location and Service

tram station rooftop terrace amazing view

The hotel is close to the tram station. It is just a one-minute walk. Historical places are about a ten-minute walk from the hotel. I enjoyed the rooftop terrace. It provides amazing views.

I was unable to adjust the air conditioner, as it was set to heat only. My request for a room on the fifth floor was denied. A public car park near the hotel caused noise. The cleaning service was not great, as there was an unpleasant smell in the toilet.

The room was clean and equipped well (I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail). The rooms are cleaned regularly. It featured a nice open terrace with a swing and some chairs.

The rooftop terrace was fine and offered beautiful sea views. The lobby provided a sitting area . I borrowed an umbrella from reception as I did not bring one.

The location is excellent. The hotel is close to main tourist attractions. A tram stop is just steps away, which makes it convenient to get around the city. Restaurants and markets are also very close.

Very nice visit

room upgrade convenient location reliable taxi magical evening

My room got upgraded upon arrival, a REALLY nice surprise! The location near the tram made sightseeing so easy. I requested a taxi to the airport after checkout, it arrived on time and got me there safely. The staff helped me book a dinner cruise, a magical evening with traditional Turkish dances.

The gym is quite small, it only had a treadmill and some free weights. The equipment looked a little old.

The rooftop terrace offered AMAZING views. I saw the pool area had about fifteen loungers. There was also a small gym on the lower floor with basic equipment. Don't expect a sprawling complex here.

The reception team was SUPER friendly, ALWAYS ready to help with directions or recommendations. They arranged my airport transfer without a hitch, so stress free. Staff ensured luggage storage was secure after I checked out.

My room had a minibar with water and soft drinks. Air conditioning worked perfectly and kept it cool! I noticed the bathroom includes complimentary toiletries, NICE detail and fluffy towels.

Breakfast included a range of pastries and fresh fruit. There was a good selection of Turkish cheeses available EVERY morning. COFFEE was always hot and strong, just how i like it!
