The location was really great. The staff were SO helpful and kind to me. I found that breakfast was varied, with a lot of options. The room had all the amenities that i needed.

I found a small issue with cleanliness in the bathroom. There was mold in the shower. The walls seemed thin. I could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway at times! I had some trouble with the air conditioning controls in the room.

i found a few things disappointing. the breakfast selection seemed limited, particularly for international visitors. most options featured turkish cuisine, and i missed having more familiar choices. additionally, i requested extra towels one day. housekeeping did not automatically replenish missing items like toilet paper, and i had to ask reception for them.

i usually choose hotels based on location, and i was happy with this choice. the breakfast buffet had many options, particularly vegetable dishes suited for vegetarians. i found the reception staff to be helpful and speak english well. they even gave me souvenirs upon check out, which i really liked.

I found no bottled water provided in the room. I had to buy water daily from a nearby shop.
