The staff was super helpful. They answered my questions and assisted with restaurant suggestions. Navigation was easier thanks to them. The hotel stay was very clean. It was also comfortable.

Breakfast was really poor. It does not look like the Turkish breakfast in the pictures. The fruit was not fresh. The hot food was mushy.

The staffs are so polite and they even help order a taxi for me with a fair price. The hotel's location was also a plus because it's near transport. I think the overall impression is very good and the condition of my room were good.

The fridge was not working and I can't storing my food. I also experienced very low water pressure in the shower, I not wash properly.
