Really good Service and Prime Location!

The staff were amazing and allowed us to check in early! They also provided helpful advice for our trip. We received a sweet Turkish delight gift upon checking out! The hotel had everything we needed, including a refrigerator and water kettle in the room.

The AC wasn't working properly, and the room was very warm

Staff was helpful. They allowed early check-in. They provided advice for the trip. I received a Turkish delight gift upon departure.

The air condition in my room did not work well. The room became very warm . This happened during peak summer time.

Acceptable Stay with Issues

small room inadequate soundproofing

The location was close to the most important places.

The room was rather small , and the air conditioning did not work properly. Consequently , the room was too warm . This significantly impacted my comfort. I also found the soundproofing to be inadequate , and noise from the street was very noticeable at night.
