Really good Service and Prime Location!

The staff were amazing and allowed us to check in early! They also provided helpful advice for our trip. We received a sweet Turkish delight gift upon checking out! The hotel had everything we needed, including a refrigerator and water kettle in the room.

The AC wasn't working properly, and the room was very warm

The hotel is near two metro stations and a tram line. Many restaurants and cafes are also nearby. Staff members communicated well in English. All staff were always smiling and ready to assist. Breakfast included varied daily menus with personally cooked eggs. Tea, coffee, water, and cookies were available in the lobby around the clock.

The air conditioning in the room did not work well. The room became very warm .

The location was close to the most important places.

The room was rather small , and the air conditioning did not work properly. Consequently , the room was too warm . This significantly impacted my comfort. I also found the soundproofing to be inadequate , and noise from the street was very noticeable at night.
