Acceptable, but with Issues

The staff were friendly enough and cooperative I suppose.
The rooms were quite small and not really like the photos online I thought. The windows did not seem sound-proof I could hear outside noises all the time. Breakfast was not great it repeated every day until things ran out I noticed.

hilal provided very helpful information upon arrival i checked into my room quickly cagatay assisted with my luggage the central location made it easy to get around the rooms were comfortable. the staff were attentive i really enjoyed this hotel i appreciated the team's efforts to ensure a smooth experience the reception staff was fantastic.
i experienced some noise from nearby buildings there seemed to be a nightclub in the vicinity this caused some disturbance i also noticed the furniture had darker colors this did not create a very cheerful atmosphere.

the breakfast included a variety of options i found the available choices to be satisfactory there were multiple selections to choose from each morning everything was fresh and appealing.

rusty showersineffective soundproofing
the bathroom cleanliness was not great and there were some rusty shower parts. also, the soundproofing in the rooms wasn't effective. The street noise was really disruptive.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated hilal kraz. She kindly asked about me every day (it was a thoughtful gesture).
The cleaning wasn't great. They just added towels. the floors were dirty and not cleaned at all.
