warm roomshower leakage

The AC was a bit of a joke. I set it to the lowest temperature (17°C!) but the room stayed warm (like a sauna, really). after showering, water leaked from the cubicle and seemed to travel downstairs. Staff came and looked at it. Someone even suggested I was washing my baby outside the shower, absurd. So, I felt a bit insulted (who washes a baby outside of a shower cubicle?).
