The hotel's location was fantastic. It was a short walk to major attractions, including a beautiful mosque. The breakfast buffet offered many options. The front desk staff answered all my questions.
There was no shower mat, and the tiles made the floor slippery.

The hotel had AMAZING breakfast options. I found a large variety. Customer service was also excellent. All the staff were considerate and helpful. They assisted with my luggage and provided directions. The location was amazing. I could easily walk to many main attractions.

The hotel sat close to major attractions. i could walk to the blue mosque and hagia sophia easily. staff were friendly. They provided helpful information. the breakfast buffet had a lovely variety of local foods. The flavors really shone through.
the elevator remained out of service. this meant climbing several flights of stairs to reach our room. it caused some inconvenience at the end of the day.

The location was very convenient for visiting cultural sites. Hagia sofia was within easy walking distance.
I found the lack of air conditioning quite bothersome. The desk manager mentioned it was only for heating. i had to keep the window open, but it was noisy. also, the breakfast lacked variety. I didn't see any fresh fruit or juice.

i stayed here for four nights and the location rocked! it was seriously just steps away from hagia sophia. finding amazing food was so easy because many restaurants were nearby.
the sound insulation in my room need help. i hear other guests easily, this affect rest.

the breakfast was good. the location was very easy to access major sites.
the elevator was not working upon arrival. i understand these things happen and the hotel cannot be fully blamed, but i would have liked to been informed before our stay as early as possible. i had to climb 4 flights of stairs to my room. the bathroom had a bad smell.
