Adequate but had issues
free tea free coffee
The hotel had free tea and coffee all day. Breakfast happened every day.
The room did not have a deadbolt. I felt unsafe all night because anyone could access my room from the street.

the breakfast was excellent with lots of variety including fresh fruit and juice. excellent coffee. the room had plenty of space, great to sit and relax in the afternoons. the bed was giant and super comfortable, i slept well each night.
i stayed in a room that needed a deadbolt or lock from the inside as it felt a little insecure.

Excellent Hotel Experience
efficient layout fresh water great location
I found the location great because the hotel is well designed and maintained. A cool efficient layout is present throughout the hotel premises. Fresh water is available in all areas and that was important for me .
The air conditioning system was inactive because it was not the appropriate season. I had to open the windows and this exposed me to external noise.
Rooms
9/10
My room was spacious and included a washing machine and a clothes dryer, quite useful. The room was modern and equipped with air conditioning, and all the amenities one might need for a comfortable stay.
Facilities
10/10
Breakfast offered a great selection each morning including gluten-free options. The hotel provides complimentary coffee, tea, and water for 24 hours which is very convenient. A Turkish bath is located adjacent to the hotel.
Location
9/10
The hotel is located away from the main hustle. It is still within walking distance of major tourist attractions. Taksim Square is only a 10-minute walk, and the Egyptian Bazaar is about 30 minutes away.
Service
10/10
The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. I was greeted with a friendly check-in process. The staff responded immediately to any questions and requests.
