i found the hotel staff friendly and helpful . alil, the waiter, was particularly attentive and always shared cultural insights with a smile. the rooftop terrace provided nice views and was a great way to begin each day with breakfast, i thought.

i noticed only a slight issue, the street outside was occasionally loud, making it a bit difficult to fall asleep some nights.

the room was impeccably clean and well-kept, i'm so thankful! it had a kettle with tea and coffee. the bathroom featured a good and warm shower with excellent pressure. the beds were comfortable.

The breakfast offered a varied selection of dishes each day. I liked that! the dining room on the top floor had a fantastic view. special thanks to karena and ercin for their great service.

the location was very convenient with close proximity to many attractions. there were plenty of restaurants just around the corner too. it allowed easy access to transportation hubs such as the tram station. i was happy!

varied dishes top floor helpful staff broken plug broken tv insufficient plugs

the breakfast had a good variety, and the dishes changed daily. the dining room on the top floor had a fantastic view. yacub, a staff member, was very helpful, he gave an extra star to this hotel!!!

there were only three plugs in the room, and one did not work. we were left with just two plugs, but we had multiple mobile phones to charge. headphones and a kettle. the two plugs were not enough for our needs. the tv did not work either, i reported it daily, but nobody came to fix it before we left.
