the staff were kind employees. i appreciate their help.

the hotel location was bad. it was difficult to access with a steep climb and taxis struggled to reach it.

really good service in the heart of the city

convenient location helpful staff modern decor

the location was convenient near the tram line. the staff helped me arrange transportation to the airport without a problem. i found the modern decor and cleanliness to be particularly pleasing the shower had good pressure and consistent hot water.

the street noise was noticeable during the day, despite the double-glazed windows.

My room had a well-stocked mini-bar and an in-room safe. the blackout curtains ensured a dark room perfect for sleeping. i also appreciated the complimentary bottled water restocked daily. It proved quite useful.

the hotel is very near many restaurants and shops. the proximity allowed easy access to local cuisine and shopping. i could walk to several historical sites within fifteen minutes this saved time and transportation costs.

the breakfast area offered various seating options. i saw both indoor and outdoor spaces available to guests. the selection included fresh fruit, local pastries, and hot dishes ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

air conditioning inadequate minibar

The breakfast was excellent and diverse. The main course changed daily.

The room door opens and the air conditioning shuts off automatically. The design is terrible. The minibar was not cold at all. It barely cooled beverages. I had to ask for ice repeatedly.
