rude receptionist untrained staff

the breakfast had an amazing variety of foods. the location was acceptable.

The room i booked was not worth the money. i was treated badly by the staff. The receptionist even hung up on me during a misunderstanding. the staff seemed untrained and unhelpful, even when i needed assistance with a delivery after surgery.

great linen fine view really good service

the breakfast buffet felt expansive! chef sebal crafted personalized omelettes for the kids each morning. negar, our receptionist, expertly arranged dinner reservations and transportation. the bosphorus views were just very nice!

the hotel features a well equipped gym with treadmills and stationary bikes, i was really impressed. there is also a pool area that includes comfortable loungers, with plenty of space to relax, and a shaded area.

the hotel is close to the ortakoy historic mosque, perfect for a day trip. it is also near sea ferry services giving you easy access to bosphorus bridge. i found this location so convenient for exploring the area.

clean room amazing view

The room was clean. Murat cleaned it every day and organized my daughter's toys, which I thought was very thoughtful. The terrace offered an amazing view of the Bosphorus!!!

The bar service was slow one afternoon. I waited 20 minutes for a coffee and sparkling water even though there were very few customers.

turkish items multiple choices separate sinks worn carpets empty dispensers loud music

the breakfast buffet offered a multitude of choices.. from traditional turkish items to continental options. our room included two separate sinks. the hotel location is good with many restaurants nearby.

the carpets throughout needed shampooing, and some even needed replacement. our bathroom dispensers were empty. the music from nearby bars was loud until late at night.
