amazing experience at this gem!

unique charm complimentary prosecco

the staff were super cute. from check-in, i got offered a complimentary prosecco. my room was beautiful and had a unique charm. it felt refreshing after my long flight!

the street outside the hotel was quite noisy. loud music and related sounds almost every evening made it hard to sleep. i wish they had better soundproofing to reduce the noise levels.

the breakfast selection was excellent. kato and the breakfast team were very attentive, cheerful, and always helpful. the sommelier at grain gave excellent wine recommendations during dinner, which i fully appreciated.

the staff were excellent. umair and hark at reception were very kind and helpful . i felt well looked after and they were very good. arun even provided excellent butler service.

the room featured good quality bed linen plus toiletries. the a/c worked well in my room, a real plus. there was a comfortable bed, so sleeping was easy and relaxing after some busy days.

the rooftop plunge pool and bar gave me a chance to relax. there is a sun deck on the roof, so you can enjoy tanning. i could chill and relax after a busy day seeing the sights and sounds.

great selection attentive staff top-class accommodation

The breakfast had A great selection. The staff takes time to welcome you and chat about your day. The reception team is on hand to organise trips. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

seating area breakfast variety rooftop plunge pool

the beautiful double room offered ample space it included a seating area too the air conditioning worked efficiently throughout my stay. the breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of options including fresh fruit pastries and hot dishes the quality was very high. i found the rooftop plunge pool a pleasant addition there were comfortable loungers nearby for relaxation.

the street outside can be a bit noisy at times especially in the evenings.
