kind staff great pressure comfortable bed familiar location

the staff was very kind and helpful throughout my stay the cleanliness was perfect i not sketchy at all in the area which added to my comfort the location has a tram stop nearby. breakfast was delicious with different foods the shower had great water pressure the bed was comfortable i stayed here before because i was familiar with it.

i found the indoor pool to be very small it seemed more like a dip pool i think it would be better if it was a jacuzzi.

I found the staff helpful, always ready to assist with any questions i had. the hotel's location impressed me. It was a short walk to many attractions. also, i really appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, with daily tidying that kept everything fresh.

the air conditioning made a loud noise and it disrupted my sleep

I think the staff was really wonderful. They are very attentive and always ready to help. The rooms had daily cleaning and tidying service and are very clean. I enjoyed the kettle with tea and coffee, also the towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, and slippers. I found the hotel very convenient and accessible to shops.

The air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own.

excellent location many restaurants terrible gym limited quality

the location was really good. all main tourist attractions were within walking distance, so that was SO convenient. Plus, there were lots of restaurants nearby, made dinner easy. it was NICE to have so many options.

the gym was not good, a big disappointment to me. the indoor pool did not have beds for lounging, a serious miss. also, the breakfast had plenty of options, but the quality was just average, nothing special.
