the location is really great. the staff was helpful and friendly. i liked that my room had air conditioning even when i wasnt there. the beds were quite comfortable too.

i think the hotel need new kettle, mine was stained and looked used.

this place sits at the heart of beyoglu and its at the center of almost everything. it is only a few steps to istiklal street and walking distance to galata tower. there is also a nearby bus stop and metro station.

the staff were friendly and hospitable. doğan helped me with all my needs and he recommended me places. yusuf also helped me with my luggage and other directions. i felt very welcomed by both of them.

the breakfast was great with many choices. i liked complimentary tea, coffee, and water in the room. this place has air conditioning that stayed on even when we left the room, a lifesaver in the summer.

the room was designed in a very nice way. it was pretty big and very clean. sleeping was very peaceful with no noise. the superior king room has comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The staff welcomed me warmly. They even upgraded my room without me asking! the room was spacious and the design was beautiful. I could have stayed there for days. the location was super central, getting to all the restaurants was so easy by walking!

The hallway noise came straight into the room. It impacted my sleep slightly

The noise was a real issue for me. there was a large gap under the door, so hallway noise flooded the room. I could hear other guests and early morning cleaning. this made it difficult to sleep, and conversations inside the room could easily be heard outside. also, there were stains on the mattress and pillows. Even though the linen was clean, the stains were quite visible through the white fabric.
