Really good Service and Prime Location

friendly staff ideal location great variety

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The location allows easy access to the Grand Bazaar and various tourist spots with a short walk. I appreciated the smooth transportation arrangements to the airport and other attractions. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of choices.

The room size was larger than I expected and it provided ample space to move around freely. The room was quiet even though it was near a busy commercial area and the room's condition was super clean and well maintained.

pleasant hotel with some minor issues

convenient location decent breakfast excellent service loud noise business day air conditioning

the location was convenient. it was only a short walk from the metro station. the breakfast spread had a decent variety. the hotel staff provided excellent service and were attentive to our needs. for instance, they helped us with turkish night tour bookings. they also accommodated special requests such as a late check-out.

although the hotel is on a side street, it got very loud at night. i was like the business day just started. trucks drove by and were loaded and unloaded on the streets. the windows dampened this noise very well. the air conditioning or heating then constantly turned on.

The hotel is a treasure near many sights and restaurants. a tram line is nearby. the breakfast selection was plentiful and varied. vaysel helped us a lot, and ismail found our glasses. He even phoned us to share the news.

the hotel does not offer an amenity kit. there wasn't a toothbrush in the room. it would have been appreciated in a 4-star accommodation.
