the reception took too long, even though i had booked three rooms. we waited in the lobby for an hour upon arrival, right on time! after one hour, they gave us only two rooms, saying they would call when the last one was ready, but after two hours, nobody called. i went down to the reception, and the room had been ready for a long time, but they did not call us. the experience was deflating

Hande was very nice. She enhanced my entire stay. I enjoyed the well-equipped gym and had a good workout there. The meals were tasty and satisfying. Hande supported me throughout my visit, even coordinating my transportation to the airport and car service. I highly recommend her services, and I thank the staff.

The towel bar was loose in the bathroom.

The location proved convenient for my planned sightseeing. My room offered a pleasant sea view. The staff was helpful and always available. I am also grateful to Ipek and Berrak for their special assistance .

The hotel charges a deposit upon check-in. The amount was not clearly communicated beforehand, it surprised me.
