clean room good quality breakfast terrace

The T1 tram line is about 500 meters from the hotel location. My room and common areas was clean. The breakfast terrace overlooks the Bosphorus and offers good quality products.

The hotel do not reimburse for early check out, I felt a little disappointed.

I found the hotel staff polite. I used the pool, the sauna, and the Turkish bath. I noticed it was clean and in good condition. The hotel offered parking outside, which I considered valuable.

The room was not equipped with tea or coffee facilities.

The hotel's location near the metro and tram made it easy to get around

The room was quite small the beds were also small and not very comfortable. I also found the room not particularly special. Overall the room did not meet expectations and I was disappointed with its size and comfort

the breakfast buffet had a decent selection of items including fresh fruit (i especially liked the pastries). the staff were very helpful and polite, assisting with directions and local information. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transport. i found the room cleanliness to be satisfactory.

the elevator service was sometimes slow during peak hours.

The reception staff offered a warm welcome and provided assistance. The double room was spacious and included comfortable beds. Breakfast had many options available each morning in the hall. The room was super clean with fresh towels daily.

The absence of a kettle in the room was a minor inconvenience for preparing tea or coffee.
