efficient staffreception serviceperfect staff
the breakfast manager was kind, and staff served perfect. the apartment had amenities needed for a long stay, it even have amenities for a short stay. the reception service was good and the staff are efficient.
the hotel location is not convenient unless you have your own car.

the apartment had all i need for a longer stay. the gym is very good. the view is very nice i see. it is also pet-friendly to be fair.
the hotel charged me two full extra nights after i checked out early, this was never mentioned anywhere.

the staff provided amazing service (i really liked their hospitality). they assisted my family and me well. i have stayed in several hotels before. this hotel will be my choice for future visits.
I did not receive my security deposit after 50 days. i did not get the baby cart i booked on the first day. It came on the second day.
