the staff provided coffees upon my arrival and assisted with my luggage the hotel is ideally situated close to numerous shops and restaurants a minibar was stocked daily and included in my room rate i found the location convenient for accessing various points of interest. the room was clean it provided the essentials for my short stay.

i noticed the neighborhood is quite hilly this may be a consideration with mobility concerns.

the hotel is located very close to galata tower. i appreciated that the staff were helpful with directions. they helped me understand the tram lines near the hotel. the hotel offered a coffee shop with bakery items , which was convenient.

my room was on the fourth floor , and there was no elevator. the wardrobe was small , not even enough for one person. the sound proofing in the rooms was poor , and i could hear noise from the hallway.

the location is superb, very close to the galata tower. the rooms are very comfy and tidy (although they appear larger in the photos). the staff showed genuine care by allowing us to rest in a spare room after check-out due to our late flight. this act was really good and was deeply appreciated.

the absence of an elevator proved challenging (my room was on the higher floor). this should be communicated more explicitly to future guests.
