fresh fruits efficient cleaning separate spa areas
I found the breakfast buffet offered many fresh fruits and omelettes. The hotel has separated spa areas for men and women with a swimming pool. Room service was polite and helpful. Cleaning was efficient. I really appreciated the gym and hammam.

inconsistent experience at this hotel
room cleaning bed bugs
the location was acceptable. it was near transport links.
The room cleaning was not good. It felt short of super clean. my child kept complaining about being itchy after waking up. i found red blood marks on the bed sheet the last day. There may have been bed bugs.

The breakfast was a delight each morning. So many tasty options existed. the staff always greeted me with smiles and offered helpful assistance. parking proved convenient, and i appreciated the ease of using public transport nearby. my kids really enjoyed themselves!
the steam room water had an odd scent, which detracted slightly from the otherwise lovely spa experience.

The hotel offers elevators that go directly to a large pool and a gym. there are segregated pools and a gym available. i saw they have amenities like a turkish bath, a hot sauna, and a steam sauna. All looked pristine.

breakfast included a diverse range of options to suit all tastes. i observed that there was a wide spread available each morning. the breakfast area looked well maintained, with staff quickly replenishing items.

perfect location friendly staff decent breakfast thoughtful touch
The hotel's location is perfect with very easy access to various amenities. I found the staff friendly and supportive. The breakfast was decent and had a good variety. The prayer mat was an excellent, thoughtful touch, too! I also appreciated a bottle of water provided daily, alongside tea bags and coffee cream (what a treat!).
The coffee machine wasn't the best I have ever used. I am not a big fan of instant coffee (I'd prefer a better machine!).

The staff provided a detailed overview of the hotel amenities and offered personalized recommendations for local attractions. The housekeeping team maintained the rooms impeccably, paying close attention to every detail (they really did a fantastic job!).
