Amazing Hotel Experience!

The hotel staff were always so nice. Breakfast included many choices with hot food available, that's a plus for me. Security manager was really good and helpful. He deserve a raise! Zara, the guest relations manager, also gave good service.

The pool is very small. It would be easily overcrowded.

The staff were kind and helpful. The people working in the restaurant freshly squeezed apple juice for my mom. She needed that. The service was good from lobby staff to housekeeping.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel! sona, ahmet, and kaptan emre were all very helpful. the breakfast offered a huge variety of fresh options, very nice. the rooms were super clean, modern, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the beautiful city view.

the spa did run out of swimming caps, and i had to wait a bit, but they resolved the issue quickly.

the staff attitude towards guests was respectful.

i found the room to be just average, and the shower temperature changed randomly. the bed sheet was not a double bed sheet, so the sleeping experience was not great.
