The staff was kind and attentive. They ensured all my needs were met. The room was neat, also very clean. It provided a comfortable, relaxing environment. The views from the terrace were amazing.. The service.
The room I booked was not the room I received. I got a room two floors lower. The sheets were broken.

breakfast view friendly staff central location small room outdated bathroom street noise
the breakfast view was great. i ate many fresh pastries every morning. the staff i meet were very friendly and quick to help with anything i ask them. the location it's in was really central and close to many cool places.
the room size was a little small. i think the bathroom was a bit outdated and need fix. the street noises could be loud at times and interrupted my sleep. this made mornings very stressful.

helpful staff clean room great location faulty air conditioning noisy street overpriced room
the staff was helpful the room was clean bathroom water pressure was very great the location is great because it is near to some attractive places i appreciated that i could easily access nearby attractions breakfast was good i found it convenient.
i did not like that the air conditioning did not work well it made a noise that did not let me sleep and the heat was unbearable i also noticed the room faced a very noisy narrow street i think the room with a balcony is not worth the price.

helpful staff local restaurant rooftop coffee convenient location
the hotel staff were very helpful throughout my stay they provided recommendations for local restaurants and attractions i found this especially useful as a first-time visitor the complimentary tea and coffee on the rooftop were a nice touch. breakfast offered a great variety the location was convenient for accessing major sites.
the street leading to the hotel can be quite steep i found this a little challenging when returning after a long day of sightseeing.
