The location was close to transport and landmarks.

The furniture was quite dated. The rugs on the floor seemed old and unclean (i noticed some stains). Some staff were excellent (especially the concierge), while others were not as helpful. Air conditioning performed poorly (which was not ideal during the summer).

great hospitality pleasant experience amazing staff

the staff ensured a pleasant experience. Mehmet, Farid, Jamal, and Meret stood out with their great hospitality. Everyone were really good, i felt welcome. the staff's friendliness and professionalism were amazing.

the breakfast could use some improvement. variety and quality were lacking. with more attention to breakfast, the hotel could easily earn a perfect score.

The hotel is near Aya Sophia and the Blue Mosque. I found the location great. Breakfast was also very good. Spa services included a massage and were great. Our room was quiet. This was really nice after a busy day.

This hotel's location is in the heart of Sirkeci, and this is close to tram and metro stations! Major attractions such as Aya Sophia and the Grand Bazaar are within walking distance. The sea and boat cruises are also close by.

the breakfast had an excellent selection. the staff were always helpful, friendly and professional. i appreciated that the location was very close to the tram and metro stations. it made getting around the city easy.

the air conditioning in my room didn't work that well. the furniture seemed dated. i also noticed some of the cups in the room were not clean upon arrival.

The location is really convenient. It's close to transportation options and major tourist spots. The staff was helpful. They were always happy to answer my questions (which were many!). The breakfast had a good variety of options.

The air conditioning wasn't great. I was there in the summer, so that was a problem. Some of the furniture seemed older. I found some lipstick stained cups upon arrival. The wardrobes did not allow to hang clothes properly.
