The location is really good. It is close to the karakoy tram station and the metro station. This made it easy to move around the city. The staff, including Ceren, sevgi, tolga, and furkan, were kind and helpful (i appreciated their assistance).

The ac in the room did not work. It was hot, and the windows only tilt. I was unable to ventilate the room.

The hotel staff were helpful and professional. I received information about the local area and directions to public transport. The hotel restaurant is on the 10th floor, it had city views and lovely food.

The room's soundproofing was poor, I heard street noise.
