The room was spacious. I appreciated the well planned wardrobe partitions and a proper place for luggage. The staff acted very polite. Breakfast offered many good options.

The hotel reservation exhibited rude behavior. The reservation team asked for passport copy. After I shared it, they said it was a mistake and the price was much higher.
