The staff greeted me with very nice warmth, and their kindness really stood out! They offered helpful advice for local exploration, a good touch. I must say that the heated pool was amazing. It provided a relaxing escape after a busy day. Breakfast included a nice selection of homemade chocolate cake. I certainly appreciated this sweet treat!

The in-room coffee was not replaced on my last day. That was disappointing

The hotel offered a smart TV with Netflix. I found that to be a nice amenity. The sauna and pool were also great additions to the hotel.

The absence of information upon check-in was noticeable. Mr Ahmed didn't provide details about breakfast timings or hotel facilities. This oversight should be addressed.

I found the staff very cute and helpful. the spa and pool were good. My husband and i used them regularly. breakfast had amazing options and a nice outdoor seating area. the location is perfect if you want to be close to taksim square.

the air in the lobby was humid. sometimes it smelled bad.
