Mixed Experience Due to Room Issues

The staff were very polite in every aspect.

My room was too small, it lacked space to put down belongings. Ventilation was limited and the AC pointed directly above the bed. This made for an uncomfortable night.

great variety delicious breakfast rooftop restaurant

i was impressed with the hotel's location, just a short walk from istiklal street. the breakfast was delicious with a great variety each day. the rooftop restaurant offered amazing views, it enhanced my dining experience. gokhan provided excellent service.

the body soap dispenser in my shower needed fixing. staff swapped it with the conditioner, so i couldn't use conditioner.

the hotel is steps away from the main pedestrian mall. the hotel is near many arty shops and restaurants. taksim square is nearby, offering access to trams and ferries. police station right next to it makes you feel extra safe.

I was disappointed that the hamam in the bathroom ran constantly. This seemed like a waste. IT also felt a little unsustainable.

The hotel is in a great location close to many attractions. The rooms are very very comfy and tidy. Breakfast has a delicious selection of fresh options. The hotel staff is wonderful and helpful with a perfect attitude. I especially want to mention Emine, who manages the breakfast area. She is very friendly.
