totally awesome stay!
helpful staff yummy options very nice convenience
Mona at the front desk was great. She helped me find all sorts of local spots, like amazing restaurants and the closest tram stop. the breakfast selection was fantastic, with lots of yummy options each morning. i really liked that the tram stop was just across the street. This made getting around convenient.
the air conditioning in my room made a weird noise. it was a little distracting at night. i hope they get it checked out soon!

The room was super clean and surprisingly spacious, with comfy beds and fresh linens. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower which was really cool! i also appreciated the sound insulation. I didn't hear any street noise at all.

the hotel offers a free parking which is very useful. they have a small elevator and luggage. the tram stops are just next to the building across the street, and that makes the old city super accessible.

breakfast was a highlight with various options. the selections included salads, cold options, basic bread choices, and a few hot dishes. coffee was available for self-service and i found it convenient.

tram station front desk
Mona and sardar at the front desk were wonderful!!! they addressed every need immediately. the hotel is also super close to the tram station. It's less than a five-minute walk.
the breakfast buffet could use some improvement, it felt a bit basic.

a mixed experience
stale ingredients difficult parking
The breakfast was really not good. I thought some ingredients seemed stale, specifically the tomatoes. the parking was also a problem. It wasn't a real private parking lot. instead, it was an area in front of the hotel where cars were parked closely, meaning i had to leave my key at reception so they could move my car if needed. this.

low-quality breakfast street noise
i found a few things less than ideal . the breakfast selection really disappointed me. there was a lack of variety and the quality was quite low. also the noise from the street was really noticeable at night. the ambulance station nearby created a lot of traffic sounds into the late hours.

I found the tram station quite close. The hotel's location near the bus station was very useful. The apartment provided ample space and comfort. The staff was accommodating and friendly
The breakfast had limited options. I found it basic. The bathroom was leaking. Several towels were necessary for cleanup. The photos looked old. The place seemed weathered needing repair and maintenance.

The breakfast had many options. Mrs Mona and Mr Rafik were always available. Abdullah and other staff members provided assistance. I found the location close to public transport very useful.
