i found the staff helpful. huda was especially accommodating. i appreciated the hotel arranged a transfer, and it was quite convenient. Breakfast provided a GOOD variety.

during my stay, some guests smoked in nearby rooms. despite the 'non smoking' policy, smoke came through the ventilation system. sound proofing appears POOR, as noise from other guests was noticeable.

the location was acceptable for my needs.

The room i was assigned was far from satisfactory. the tiny window barely let any light in, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the space cool even on its lowest setting of 18 degrees. the bathroom was not properly cleaned. I saw stains on the shower and toilet seat. the bed was like a brick, and the lack of soundproofing meant i could hear every noise from adjacent rooms.
