a grateful guest's perspective

staff honesty convenient location
i am deeply grateful for the staff's honesty. mustafa and the team were very good too locate and return my engagement jewel i had left behind. the hotel's location is also very convenient it allowed for easy access to many attractions.
during my stay i found that the noise from adjacent rooms and hallways was a significant issue. i was in room 305 and it was difficult to have a restful sleep because of it. i think soundproofing could improve the stay.

the hotel is near sultanamant square and allows easy access to the blue mosque hagia sofia and basilica. the city tour bus also stops at the square and guests can access it easily. this central location simplifies exploring key sites.

the hotel features a rooftop cafe that serves a lovely breakfast with amazing views. clean bathrooms are in the rooms. the hotel offers luggage storage which allowed me to explore without carrying bags.

The location was amazing, just a short walk from key historical sites. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast, with a fine setting (I loved the view!).
The room lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear noise from the hallways and adjacent rooms.
