The location was really central. it was close to the bazaar, tram, and blue mosque. i found the staff helpful too. They offered good service.
the shower door leaked quite a bit. there was just one tiny towel hanger. i had to step out of the shower to get a towel.

This hotel location is perfect. I walked everywhere, it's so close. I received a free upgrade to the beautiful double room. This room was super clean and bigger! The hotel staff is so attentive, all requests were fulfilled fast.
The minibar was empty on arrival, that was a bummer.

The hotel benefits from a prime spot near top attractions. I loved how close it was to the bazaar, that was amazing! It is also near tram lines, this made getting around so easy.

The room was always clean upon my return each day staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay i found the location ideal. It was close to many landmarks and public transport. the hotel arranged a taxi for my departure. The driver was punctual and courteous. everything was smooth and timely.
I noticed some minor wear on the bathroom door. It could use a fresh coat of paint to match the otherwise well kept decor.

I found the location convenient. I walked to major attractions easily! the staff were really friendly and helpful with directions. the room was super clean and had a cool design. I loved the lighting! the shower was amazing. It had great water pressure.
The elevator was a bit slow. Though i didn't mind the stairs.

The hotel offers complimentary wifi throughout the building. This made staying connected super easy. there is also a rooftop terrace with amazing views. This was my favorite spot for an evening drink.

the hotel cleaning crew was really good. they cleaned the room perfectly every day. the location was also advantageous close to attraction points. i found it simple to visit many places.
the air conditioning did not work during my entire stay. i informed the staff about this issue, but it was not resolved. i was charged for bottled water from the fridge. i thought this was unexpected, as most hotels provide water for free.

The location was GREAT! It was really close to many attractions. The room cleaning was also excellent. Everything felt PERFECT every day.
The air conditioning was not working. Staff kept telling me it was on. The room was not cleaned, I had to ask for it every time. The hotel charged for the bottled water in the fridge.
