the hotel location is amazing, close to the tram stop. i loved that attractions are mostly within walking distance, it was super convenient. the breakfast omelette was delicious. i appreciate the friendly hotel staff. cute fruit was a plus too!

the breakfast had enough options for everyone and was tasty.

The staff's attitude was not great. A grumpy receptionist greeted us upon arrival. a blond lady smoked outside the entrance, which i found unprofessional.
