Breakfast is served on the Roof Terrace, featuring both glass-enclosed and open-air dining areas with views of old Istanbul and the Sea of Marmara. The buffet breakfast includes four types of local cheeses, freshly-baked börek, several varieties of bread, six types of jam, olives, salad and omelettes cooked to order, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, cold meats, breakfast sausages, fried potatoes, omelettes, hard-boiled eggs, dry cereals and milk. Turkish olives, apple tea, herbal teas, and fruit juice are available. The Roof Terrace serves as a lounge/café and offers a special 'Handcrafted by Family' tasting experience with traditional Turkish delicacies.
