Excellent Stay with Attentive Staff
helpful staff clean room great service
the staff were helpful. demet kept our room clean daily. angel at the front desk was always checking to see if we needed anything, which i really appreciated. huseyin was also kind and helpful with directions and local tips.
the room we booked did not exactly match the photo displayed online. it was still large with comfortable beds (i wish it looked more like the picture).

the hotel is close to two large shopping centers. a taxi stand is just a minute away, offering easy access to the city center for around 8-10 euros.

the room included a kettle with water, tea, and coffee for our convenience. the beds were very comfortable (i slept like a baby!). the room size was generous, providing ample space for luggage and movement.

a wonderful and nice experience
awesome breakfast tidy rooms
simge and ezgi were particularly helpful and friendly, showcasing the great staff the hotel employs. the breakfast was awesome. i found the water pressure for showering to be optimal (just the right amount!).
i noticed that some minor maintenance could enhance the overall experience.

the reception team, including mr mert and ms. nihan, provided really good service, always helpful and professional. ms. nihan arranged a tour for me, it was nice. the entire reception team was always attentive to needs. this personal touch.

the location proved convenient for exploring the area and its surroundings, close to many attractions. transportation options were easily accessible, facilitating movement throughout the area with ease. being central allowed for a blend of local experiences and accessibility to key sites.

the breakfast offered many choices. the dining area was well-kept. i found the variety and quality of the food to be very nice (especially the fresh pastries!).

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Staff
hospitality drink good view clean rooms
The staff treated me kindly, offering a hospitality drink upon arrival. The receptionist chose a room with a good view on the upper floor for me, which I appreciated. Breakfast was really good. The hotel rooms are clean. The cleaners do a great job. The pool is very clean. The women behind the desk is helpful and informative regarding any questions I had.
I noticed the price felt expensive compared to what was provided, though I'm not sure what could be done to improve that.

The staff consistently provided assistance, including hospitality drinks and helpful guidance. This. The guest relation manager was very nice and helpful, especially with airport arrangements, showing care. I am grateful for the great customer service from the team.

The room was clean with a good view from an upper floor. I had everything necessary. Housekeeping maintained a high standard, and the beds were comfy! The rooms were also quiet.

train station helpful staff rest of city marmaray line old furniture hotel lobby
The location is great. The nearby train station is a short walk. you can easily access the rest of the city from that marmaray line. the staff was also very cute!!! angel and simge gave us all the info we needed.
the hotel didn't have a lobby. also, the furniture in the room is very old. i think this hotel is over rated.

amazing experience
private parking helpful staff city exploration
The hotel is near many facilities. there are restaurants, a mall, and a hospital nearby. the hotel also has private parking. i really liked that the staff was helpful and friendly, especially melek, nihan, and elif. They gave great recommendations for exploring the city!
I found the price a little expensive for what it offers. The room design was nice, but the elevator noise was quite disruptive.
