The staff were always helpful. They called a taxi and provided information about tours. They also stored our luggage. Rooms have an amazing view. The breakfast has a wide variety of Turkish choices.

The door outside was broken. I could not lock it properly. It was very difficult to open again. This caused a lot of noise at night. The pillows were also poor.

I liked the breakfast. It offered sufficient variety each morning. staff was helpful and friendly, especially at the reception DESK. the hotel IS situated near major attractions. i easily walked to historical sites and enjoyed exploring the area.

the hill leading up to the location was slightly challenging after a long day.

the breakfast area offered standard fare. i noticed fresh bread and fruit juices. there were also local pastries and hot dishes available. seating was ample even during peak hours.

my room included two twin beds and a separate seating area. a mini-fridge and electric kettle WERE provided. the bathroom had a shower and standard toiletries were available daily.

the reception was staffed 24/7. staff helped me with directions and local information. they arranged a taxi for me to the airport. the service was efficient.

Wonderful Staff and Convenient Location

The staff was excellent and always ready to help. Ibrahim was always available to assist us, particularly during breakfast service. Hakan and Yasar also helped us with everything we needed making my visit smooth. I appreciate the service provided by the team there.

The neighborhood to reach the hotel has some damaged buildings it is scary at night.

The room included air conditioning that worked very well plus good amenities. The room was cleaned every day which was a pleasant surprise and I was happy about the cleaning. I felt very grateful.

The breakfast was delicious and varied with many options. I was very happy with the selection offered. I enjoyed traditional Turkish specialties in addition to international choices. Fresh Turkish bread, local cheeses, olives, honey, fresh fruits, and Turkish tea were all available.
