Fantastic Stay in a Great Location
friendly staff excellent advice convenient location access to transport
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They gave excellent advice on local restaurants and attractions. The location was convenient, near many local cafes and restaurants. A tram station is right outside the hotel providing convenient access to public transport.
The stairs were steep. It was a bit difficult to get my luggage up.

The staff provided warm drinks such as tea and coffee. Mr Tahir welcomed me upon arrival. He explained details about my stay including the best places for lunch and dinner.

great value and prime location!
helpful staff welcome gift convenient tram
i found alp hotel to be an excellent choice. the staff were helpful with directions. the room was very clean, i also appreciated the chocolates and water left as a welcome gift. the tram stop just outside was a huge plus.
the stairs were rather steep, which could be difficult with mobility issues

amazing location friendly staff steep stairs small room
the location was amazing! it was a short walk to everything, and that was so convenient. the staff were super friendly and helpful (i really appreciated that!), especially with directions and suggestions.
The stairs were steep, and they were a bit tricky to navigate (especially with luggage!). also, the room was a little on the small side. Unpacking our suitcases was difficult since there wasn't much space for clothes.
