The concierge helped me with my luggage immediately. I also really appreciated the quick check-in process and early room availability. The hotel provided excellent luggage storage on my departure day, useful.

The breakfast area felt a bit small when the hotel was busy.

the location was near major attractions and shops. the room had a balcony facing a canal and a gondolier worked just outside. the hotel allowed to leave my bag after checkout.

breakfast was very expensive. there was no big variety in the breakfast.

broken air conditioning high prices

the location was convenient for accessing many sites.

the air conditioning did not seem to work properly. i had some difficulty getting it adjusted to a comfortable temperature. also, the restaurant prices seemed a bit high for what was offered (i think it was overpriced).
