Really good Stay with Fantastic Staff

friendly staff corner balcony cozy bar

The front desk staff, Isabelle and Daniel, were super friendly and helpful. I had a room with a corner balcony. The bar area was cozy, a plus. The kitchen and washer and dryer availability proved very convenient.

I noticed the fitness facility was a bit worn. Some equipment could use an update.

My room had a corner balcony. It was a very nice feature. The bathroom included a large sink, a shower head with hose, and the room was clean. The beds were very comfortable, AMAZING!!!

The hotel is in a quiet location and has easy access to town. The hotel is also a short walk to connecting cable cars. This makes getting around very convenient, even without a car.

The breakfast included a good variety of choices, amazing!!! the room had a fabulous view and was spacious. i found the staff helpful. Their service was so good. the lady at breakfast was very kind and attentive.

early check-in convenient lift laundry facilities shared kitchen

the staff allowed an early check-in because the room was available i appreciated this a lot. there is a convenient lift available making luggage transport easier. laundry facilities are available with one washer and dryer accepting coins only. a shared guest kitchen provides a fridge and a microwave.

it was still a minor issue.

the room included a comfortable bed. the bathroom had a decent amount of space for toiletries and movement. a balcony allowed for sitting outside and enjoying the fresh air. this enhanced the overall experience.
