pleasant stay close to everything

great location room convenience

the location was really great it was near the metro station and made exploring easy. the staff were kind and helpful especially with directions. i appreciated having a sink toilet and shower in the room it added convenience.

the floor was uneven.

the receptionists provided very kind attention assisting with any questions i had. they even lent me a charger plug i needed for my electronics. the staff were helpful with luggage storage too allowing me to explore without carrying bags.

good location adjustable temperature

the location suited my needs well. it was convenient to the main attractions. the room was comfortable. the water in the shower had good pressure and adjustable temperature.

the staff did not seem trained well enough to answer detailed questions. the coffee machine had a malfunction and there was no notice about it. i had to ask for assistance and a refund.
