I noticed how well the hotel is located near the metro and some malls. That's excellent. The staff's friendliness stood out. They were helpful. I appreciated the quick responses. My room was very clean. This. I also appreciated the valet service!

I experienced slight noise from the hallway. It occasionally disrupted my otherwise peaceful sleep.

The staff always responded quickly, especially at the reception. Ms. Julie from the Kids Box made a difference. She provided really good care. Her kindness was noticeable. I appreciated her professionalism.
