The staff were really lovely and helpful (especially at the front desk). I found the rooms big and spacious. The beds were very comfortable for sleeping.
The room smelled like smoke even though it was designated non-smoking. Rooms with a city view are near a highway, so there was a lot of car noise. The food from room service was expensive.

the staff were lovely and helpful i appreciate the fruit plate sent to my room. the breakfast had excellent options and many local breakfast options were available. the bed was super comfy i slept soundly.
the gym equipment seemed dated and some machines were out of service
