Really good service STANDS out

friendly staff clear details diligent housekeeping excellent service

the staff were friendly, cute, and always ready to assist me. Rhannel, the guest relations supervisor, provided clear details of the resort's amenities and even gave recommendations for local attractions. Antika and Suman from housekeeping were diligent in keeping my room clean and fresh each day. Ikram and Chusnul, the deli supervisors, were friendly and provided excellent service during breakfast.

the hotel tried to charge me for alcohol with my meal even though i booked full board pluswith unlimited alcohol, this caused slight embarrassment.
