the hotel is near the metro. the room had good size. staff members were friendly, and helped me with my needs.
my room was small. i heard noises at night, like music. the ac made too much noise. it gave me headaches.

room upgrade fruit selection responsive staff
The staff were responsive to requests I made. I got a room upgrade, which I appreciated a LOT. Breakfast offered good variety. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection.
It wasn't too bad, but it sometimes interrupted my afternoon naps.

The hotel is near Souq Waqif. It is a short taxi ride to the Msheireb area. Parking is available at the hotel. This access made exploring the city very convenient!!!

I found the staff genuinely helpful . the front desk team, especially, assisted me with directions and recommendations. i appreciated the promptness in resolving a minor issue i had with the television. the hotel's car service provided convenient transportation to nearby attractions. This was a major plus! the room was always super clean.
the gym equipment seemed a bit dated.

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices. I tried the omelets and fresh pastries. i found the dining area clean and well kept. the staff kept the buffet stocked.

The concierge provided useful information about local attractions. the reception staff promptly addressed my inquiries. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness. I appreciate that. the staff were always polite.

the room included a comfortable bed, a work desk, and a seating area. i appreciated the ample space available. the bathroom had a separate shower and tub. the air conditioning worked efficiently.

the hotel's location allowed easy access to major roads. i found several restaurants within walking distance. the proximity to shopping areas was also a plus. transportation options were easily accessible!
